Workshop Details: The workshop aims to provide students with a sound knowledge of embedded systems and their real time applications. The platform chosen for this training is Intel’s Atom/Galileo boards. The students will be trained to work on the Atom processor based kit using Linux. Hands on sessions are planned to equip the students with experience of interfacing Keyboard, GSM Modem, GPS Receiver, Bluetooth, RS232 Cable and some external peripherals. At the end of the workshop, the students would have built embedded system applications on their own.
